1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cram24 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Educational Service

Cram24 is an educational interview-preparation service. It provides a time-boxed study sprint — an hour-by-hour plan, checkpoint quizzes, and a readiness score — together with reference material and related tools. It is provided for education and practice only.

The readiness score and any other metrics shown in the Service are estimates generated from your activity within the Service. They are not a prediction or guarantee of how you will perform in any actual interview, assessment, or hiring process.

The Service is not career, employment, legal, or other professional advice. Study plans, checkpoint questions, and all other educational materials are provided for general educational purposes and do not constitute personalized advice.

Subscriptions purchase access to features of the Service (such as the guided sprint and API access). They do not purchase any guarantee of results.

3. Description of Service

Cram24 is an educational interview-preparation tool. The Service paces you through study material in timed blocks, tests you with checkpoint quizzes, and scores your readiness based on your answers. It also includes reference content. The Service is provided for education and practice and is not a recruiter, employer, certifying body, or professional advisory service.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Nothing in the Service guarantees any particular result. A readiness score, a passed checkpoint, or a completed sprint does not guarantee that you will pass any interview or receive any offer. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the Service, and hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to manipulate any metrics, scores, or rankings through fraudulent activity (multi-account abuse, automated farming); attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; exceed published API rate limits or share API keys; resell or redistribute the Service or its educational content without authorization; or violate any applicable laws or regulations through use of the Service.

7. Subscription Plans and Payment

Cram24 offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently "Pro"). Paid plans unlock additional features of the Service (such as the guided sprint and API access), billed in advance on a recurring basis at the cadence you select (monthly or annual). Payments are processed through Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record); Cram24 does not store payment card details. Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Pro features until then. Trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the listed price unless cancelled before the trial ends.

8. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time, and we may set or adjust limits on use. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for any loss arising from downtime, maintenance, or changes to the Service.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as your profile information). By submitting content you grant Cram24 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service, including showing it to other users where you have made it public (e.g., public profile information).

11. Intellectual Property

Cram24 retains all rights to the Service itself, including its technology, branding, design, code, and educational content (curriculum, glossary, blog).

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cram24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or abuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
